I didn't even see the provider I was scheduled with and no one told me beforehand. No one knew that I already had a follow up appointment scheduled. The provider I saw didn't know my history. I had to prove it with my records. I had to tell them 3 times that I already had another appointment scheduled. I had to wait over 30 minutes for the provider.
