I really dislike having to do everything through the call center. It is very unfriendly and feels non-secure and cumbersome.

The digital check-in was challenging. It took me 45 minutes and I still hadn't been able to input some of the information! Would prefer a paper option or more assistance!!! Some of the questions which I struggled with regarding immunization and what prescriptions I take turned out to be already in the computer when the girl in the examination room was questioning me.
