    I am extremely unhappy with the phone system. It should be where you should be able to reach your office directly, your doctor. I said because especially the elderly and when they want give you a call back like you have nothing else to do and this technology, there's way too much technology involved. With what you could handle in five minutes with one question now takes anywhere from 30 minutes to an hour to get an answer. I'm certainly unhappy with the way things are doing and I don't know who's making thi

    The doctor was behind by an hour and my appointment was one of the first in the morning. I ended up being late for another appointment because of it. And he didn't even address one of my main concerns.
