The billing department nor the office manager seem to be aware of my right as a private pay to be provided a good faith estimate prior to any scheduled/non emergent visit. It's disheartening how non compliant and unaware they are time and time again. It doesn't appear there is any training on this federal requirement. It feels like they think I'm asking to see if I can pay it when in reality that is not an issue but rather I am owed it and it is the only way I can get billing to address any errors later. Pl
