When a person schedules an appointment it shouldn't be one hour after their scheduled appointment time that they see the doctor. I hope this was just a one time event.

The main concern was the wait time to get seen. As a working adult, I was taking time out of my work day to visit the office. I was told to arrive 15 min early (I arrived 20), and I was not taken back until 30 minutes after the scheduled appointment time. I understand things happen and doctors can get behind with patient needs, but requesting everyone be 15 minutes early for an appointment and then they have to wait an additional 30 minutes is ridiculous. Other than that, the experience was routine and good
