About Veronica Worrell, PA-C,PHD
Veronica Worrell, PA-C, PhD, is a certified physician assistant (PA) at Norman Regional’s Neurosurgery Associates. Veronica graduated from the University of Oklahoma (OU) Health Sciences Center’s PA program.
Prior to becoming a PA, Veronica achieved her Doctor of Philosophy degree in microbiology and taught and performed research at OU and OU Health Sciences Center.
As a PA, Veronica works closely with Neurosurgeons Clay Cochran, MD, Michael Martin, MD and Stephen Eichert, DO. Her special interests include:
- Cervical spine surgery
- Thoracic spine surgery
- Lumbar spine surgery
- Brain surgery
- Carpal tunnel surgery
- Ulnar nerve surgery
“I will always do my best to care for patients and their families,” Veronica said.
