    If IT is going to send a check in form for me to spend my time filling out, then it needs to be the appropriate form. When I arrived at my appointment, I had different forms to fill out, because I was there to have my remote activated, not have my cpap checked. I had carried my cpap with me all day, when it was totally unnecessary to even bring it. My pre-check in instructions were to bring my cpap with me. Nothing was mentioned about bringing my Inspire remote.
