It would have been nice to meet the doctor who might be doing your surgery. I have no idea what he looks like or his demeanor.

My appointment with Amanda was very rushed. I did not feel like that the information that was provided was very clear because she was in such a hurry and I felt as though I didn't have time to ask questions because she was ready to hurry up and get through with the appointment.
