The front desk male and female were both welcoming. I am glad this practice is back in Norman and not Moore. It is much more convenient.

I was told to be there at 1:30 even though the appointment was at 2:00. I had already pre registered. I arrived at 1:15 and checked in at the desk. They told me to have a seat and they would call me. They didn't. About one and one-half hours later I went to the desk to ask how much longer it would be since my appointment would last for around one and a half hours. They couldn't fine me on the computer. They called the department I was to go to and after about 10 minutes and they had already did the paperwor
