Seen about 35 minutes late. They were busy.

I was given an appointment for a CT Chest WO. I knew the doctor had told me it would be with contrast. I called this office about the order that day and was told it would be a CT Chest with contrast. When I arrived 4 days later to have the test, I was told the test was pending and that it wasn't the correct test. The radiology supervisor contacted the nurse to learn indeed it was the wrong test. Supposedly a new order was written, but then will have to still be approved by insurance. Given that I have anoth

It was my first appt with Dr. Gautam so I didn't expect her to know my history completely I was very satisfied with her and am looking forward to being under her care.
