    I had problems with GIV Norma when I first started going there back in like 2022 or 21. It's been pretty good after that and now I'm kind of feeling a little upset that I'm not getting any kind of answers or any kind of call back or anything. So it's really disappointing and I don't really know what to do, but I'm just going to wait and see what happens.
