    My appointment was scheduled for 10:00 am. I arrived at 9:40 am and was not seen till 10:30.

    I was nervous because I had never met Dr. Henry. As soon as I entered the office the staff put me at ease. They were cheerful and efficient. It was a pleasant experience.
