Stephen Klassen, PT, MPT, Cert. MDT, is a physical therapist specializing in spine and neck rehabilitation at Ortho Central Physical Therapy. Stephen brings with him more than two decades of clinical practice, leadership and training in orthopedic and spine care. As a certified provider of Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy🄬 (MDT) since 2006, Stephen has spent much of his career using this evidence-based approach to treat patients, train fellow healthcare providers and implement system-wide strategies to better prevent and manage musculoskeletal disorders.
Stephen leads Ortho Central Physical Therapy’s neck and spine rehabilitation services with a focus on improving patient outcomes through education, early intervention and individualized care. His passion lies in helping people understand the root causes of their pain and empowering them with tools for long-term recovery and prevention. His work has extended beyond the clinic, contributing to population health initiatives and published research that demonstrates the broad impact of proactive musculoskeletal care.
Outside of his professional life, Stephen is a devoted husband, proud father of four and grandfather. He enjoys exploring nature, gardening, and sharing his love of outdoor cooking with friends and family.
