I had to call them back because they didn't call my prescription in.

Appt was changed (3) times and the night before received call that the appt had been moved to another location: arrived 1/2 before appt only to be told that a walk-in patient would be seen before me. The nurse tried 3 times unsuccessfully to do a finger prick for a 3 month sugar results. Not a good experience which was a first for me.
