Medical Records & Radiology Records Front Desk Now Open at Norman Regional Hospital

Norman Regional Hospital now has a patient-facing Medical Records and Radiology Records front desk. Patients have one location at our main campus where they can obtain all necessary medical records and imaging reports.

Please note: This new space is not an initial check-in area for Radiology procedures. Outpatients must still check in with the Outpatient Registration Desk of Norman Regional Hospital, which is the desk located nearest to the parking garage entrance connected to the hospital.

The new Medical Records and Radiology Records Front Desk is easy to find and centrally located on the first floor of Norman Regional Hospital. Near the Gift Shop and Daily Grind, you will see a glass wall with doors labeled “Medical Records | Radiology”. The office is just past the large open staircase that goes down to the ground level.

How to access the front desk coming from the main entrance:

1. After entering the main entrance doors, turn right and follow the main foyer.
2. Walk until you pass the Gift Shop front doors and you round the corner to see the Daily Grind.
3. Directly south past the Daily Grind counter, you will see a waiting area lined with chairs. The glass wall with doors is just past the waiting area.
4. If you walk past the Scrub Shop, you’ve gone too far.

How to access the front desk coming from the Women’s & Children’s Pavilion entrance:

1. After entering the Women’s & Children’s Pavilion doors, walk straight into the main part of the hospital.
2. You will pass the outside atrium on your right, and the Scrub Shop and Daily Grind on your left further down the hall.
3. Once you see the Daily Grind and there is a break in the hallway wall, look to your right. You will see the waiting area and the glass wall with doors.
4. If you reach the tower elevators or round the corner behind the Gift Shop, you’ve gone too far.
