Phone call to phone number advertised online was disappointing. Pacific knowledge about civic. Said clinic had no phone so could not transfer call. Saidthey could only make appointment-not give out info about clinic. Said they could give me address if I wanted to try to walk in. Not good.

I was called in to the office very shortly after I arrived.

Disappointed that primary care no longer accommodates emergent issues. Urgent care does not support historical care relationships.

i felt that only the problem i suggested (ear infection) was addressed however i am not a doctor so im not sure what it was and i felt like other parts (throat, lump nodes) could have also been looked at as part of the issue. if that wasn't the case though it would have been nice to have mass an explanation on why it wasn't necessary to check the other things. i walked away feeling like maybe i should have asked more questions or something to be more sure
