I called wanting to see dr. Ratliff as soon as possible, and got an appointment for later this month. About five minutes later, I got a call that there was a cancellation and could I be there in 15 minutes. Less than two hours from when I first made the phone call I was done with my appointment with Dr. Ratliff and back in my car. You talk about turnaround!
