About Allison Tate, PT,DPT

Allison Tate, PT, DPT, is a physical therapist at Ortho Central Physical Therapy. She earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from UNT Health Physical Therapy. Allison was drawn to the field by her passion for movement and the opportunity to combine biomechanics, exercise physiology, anatomy and overall wellness to help people recover from pain or injury.

Patients can expect compassionate, evidence-based rehabilitation centered on their individual needs and movement goals. Allison uses focused evaluation, manual therapy and functional exercise to address the source of pain or dysfunction, improve mobility and help patients confidently return to sports and daily activities. Outside the clinic, she enjoys volleyball, running, reading and traveling.
