New Payment Options Coming to Norman Regional Health System

After careful consideration, we’ve decided effective June 1, 2024, to stop accepting cash or checks and will still have access to pay via credit or debit card.

Norman Regional Health System will be transitioning to a cashless and checkless payment system at our service points over the next 30 – 45 days.

This means you will be able to use the most current mobile technology such as Apple Pay and even tap technology for quicker, more convenient transactions.

We’re thrilled about these advancements and believe they will make a significant difference in how you interact with our health system. With these new options, you will be able to engage and pay through email, text, or our new devices at clinics and facilities. Our goal is to make your experience as seamless as possible.

While we’re excited about going cashless and checkless at our service points at our clinics and facilities, we understand some of you may still prefer to send checks. You can continue to do so by following the instructions on your statement.

In addition as part of our commitment to improving your experience, we’ve been expanding our digital services within the registration process as well.

You can now complete patient paperwork online directly through our platform, Phreesia. This helps to reduce the timeframe for registration and redundant paperwork for subsequent appointments.

Who can I speak to about my medical bill?

If you have any questions about payments, need assistance, or want to explore payment options, we’re here to help. You can visit our payment portal with a chat feature at our payment portal, email us at PFS_Clinic@nrh-ok.com, or call us at (405) 217-3106.

Thank you for your continued support. We’re excited to bring you these new and improved services.
