NORMAN – Strong winds damaged two EMSSTAT stations on the night of July 4, 2026. Norman Regional Health System owns and operates EMSSTAT. It is the ambulance service provider for the cities of Norman, Moore and unincorporated areas of Cleveland County.
The EMSSTAT station at 2400 W. Robinson St. (West Side Station) has significant damage and is not usable at this time. Thankfully, no medics were injured during the storm.
The EMSSTAT station at 901 N. Porter Avenue (East Side Station) appears to have cosmetic damage only.
Our team is continuing to assess this situation. EMSSTAT continues operations at its other station locations.
